1. Order Cancellation Policy

- Important:
If your order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the order will be treated as a completed sale.
2. Custom Orders Policy
- Any customized product or special package is non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.
- This includes items customized by size, color, name, embroidery, design requests, or limited-edition packaging.
3. Dispute Eligibility
Customers may file a dispute within 24 hours of delivery for the following valid reasons:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item, color, or size sent
- Product received does not match the listing description
Evidence such as clear photos, videos, and order details must be provided.
4. Unacceptable Disputes
The following disputes will not qualify for refunds, returns, or replacements:
- Change of mind, no longer want the product
- Incorrect size ordered by customer
- Minor color or material variations due to screen display differences
- Claims without proof or incomplete information
- Damage caused after use, improper handling, or washing
5. Final Decision
All disputes, returns, and claims are reviewed case-by-case by our support team.
Once a decision is made, it is final and cannot be appealed.
